The aim of counselling is to give you the skills and tools to help yourself with your difficulties.

Sonia is a counsellor and psychotherapist of almost 30 years experience helping people with a variety of problems. She has worked in the NHS and in the voluntary sector, as well as privately.

Some of the problem areas Sonia has helped with include depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties as well as confidence building and dealing with the effects of emotional or sexual abuse.

My office is based in Trowbridge.

As well as individual supervision I also offer supervision support to workers in voluntary agencies who are either counsellors or use counselling skills in their work. This usually takes place at their premises.
